By using Lone Fir Resort’s website, booking services, or any related services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our services.

1. Reservation & Booking Terms
• Booking Confirmation: A valid reservation is only confirmed once payment is received and processed.
• Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking. Failure to pay will result in a canceled reservation.
• Cancellation: Guests can cancel reservations through our Cancellation Link. Cancellation policies may apply.

2. SMS Communication Terms
By opting in for SMS communication, you consent to receive text messages from Lone Fir Resort about:
• Reservation updates
• Check-in/check-out reminders
• Promotional offers (if opted in)
You may opt-out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

3. Late Check-In Policy
• Hotel Rooms, Cabins, and Units: Late check-ins are permitted if arranged in advance. Keys will be provided in the late arrival area.
• RV/Tent Sites: Late check-ins are not allowed. Guests should check in by 9:00 PM. If arriving late, please check in the following day.

4. Information Use & Sharing
• We use the information you provide to confirm your bookings and communicate essential updates.
• We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
• We may share your data with trusted service providers for purposes like SMS communication and guest services.

5. Disclaimers and Limitations
• Lone Fir Resort is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during your stay.
• We do not guarantee the availability of services such as amenities or accommodations, subject to change.

6. Dispute Resolution
All disputes will be handled through arbitration in accordance with Washington State law. If arbitration is unsuccessful, the matter may be taken to court.

7. Amendments
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. You will be notified of any significant changes, and they will be posted here.
